Australian Foreign Minister Wong Ying Yin arrived in New Delhi to participate in the second India-Australia 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue along with Australian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defense Richard Marles. The Dialogue will focus on bilateral and global issues and is aimed at strengthening cooperation under the India-Australia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
The dialogue is expected to cover a wide range of strategic, defense and security topics, including regional and global matters of mutual interest. The two sides will also exchange views on common priorities to enhance small and multilateral cooperation.
The 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue is a cornerstone of the India-Australia relationship and provides an opportunity to advance cooperation and shape the future of the Indo-Pacific region.
